KAPAP CIVILIAN COURSESAll Kapap Courses offered by Kapap Academy are conducted by the official Israeli Instructors.
KAPAP INSTRUCTOR LEVEL ONE®Kapap Instructor Level One ® this Instructor course is a five day training program designed to introduce Martial Arts practitioners from various levels of knowledge and styles to the Israeli Elite combat system “Krav Panim El Panim” / Kapap® and to upgrade their personal abilities and skills in this effective and advanced Martial art. Our five-day Kapap Level One ® program is based on a model used in Israel’s Police, Military and governmental security agencies and has been put to the test since day one of its creation. It is used by top Counter Terrorism Units in Israel such as the Yamam unit.

KAPAP GUN DISARMING®This program is based on the latest experience and know-how, developed through years of research and testing of this complicated issue. Our Instructors, veteran official instructors for the Israeli Police and Military Special Units, will share this experience with you in a two-day intensive seminar that has only one thing in mind – surviving the life-threatening situation of gun threats.

KAPAP SUBJECT CONTROL®Geared for Bodyguards, close protection officers, correctional officers, bounty hunters and anyone that has interaction with the “subject control” issue. This program is based on the latest experience and know-how, developed through years of research and testing of this issue. Our instructors, veteran official instructors for the Israeli Police and Military Special Units, will share their experience with you in this intensive seminar.

KAPAP BOOT CAMP TRAINING®This unique training is based on Israeli Military and Special Forces physical training exercises with lots of high cardio training, combat training conditions and fun. Open to all ages and levels, it can range from a fun seminar to very high cardio, depending on the level of the group. This training class is designed for 1 – 2 days, and we recommend combining it with other training such as winter/summer camp, holiday camp, etc. Combat Fitness Training - A cardio workout that utilizes calisthenics, plyometrics and strength training (use of medicine balls) at a fat burning heart rate that enables an individual to tone muscles and reduce body fat.

KAPAP WOMAN THREAT PREPAREDNESS®Seminar involves physical training simulated with some indoor class and parking lot class, inside car, elevators and other targeted places, specific angles on how woman are attacked and how to try and prevent it. Class Presentation:
This course is very personal and we try to keep it as private as we can. It can include seminars of pepper spray and use of different protections.
