Spartacus Combatives announces Personal Protection and Self Defense class, open to the public!
Classes are now being offered every Monday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. See attached flyer.
Ages 16 and above.
No contracts, $25 per class, or $90 for the month. First class is FREE so come check us out!
Peter Haug is quoted as saying “these are no nonsense self defense and personal protection classes. No forms, no cardio, just realistic, reality based practical training, using static, dynamic and aliveness I3 methods for muscle memory and development of confidence. All aliveness training is conducted with our own high quality Damascus training safety gear. NOTHING to buy, just come, learn and be safe!”
